How to reach the developer, and how to get the quickest answer.
Snowpace is a one-person project. I read everything, but a reply can take a few days, so it's worth a quick look first:
- Search this guide, or try the troubleshooter.
- For a score that looks wrong, tap Why? under it, then Not right?. It sends the exact day, forecast and score, so I can see what you saw.
- For anything else in the app, Help → Send feedback. With Include diagnostics on, it brings the details I'd otherwise have to ask for.
It helps to say which place, which day and which activity, and what you saw compared with what Snowpace said. A screenshot helps too.
